New service launched to help hate crime victims in West Midlands
A new service to support victims of hate crime has been launched by the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Foster in response to a spike last year.

The £200,000 funding for the new service was awarded to Remedi from the Police and Crime Commissioner’s Victims’ Fund following a 41 per cent rise in hate incidents in 2020/21.
