Nottinghamshire Police are looking to appoint dynamic and forward-thinking Superintendents to join our committed and enthusiastic Senior Leadership Team. We are currently planning for current and future vacancies across our policing structure.
It is our clear vision to deliver an outstanding service we can all be proud of to the communities of Nottinghamshire.
Our communities need to trust us to do the right thing for the right reasons, be transparent and accountable in all we do and work together to find resolutions to the issues that affect them. We work tirelessly to ensure that victims are at the heart of all we do, that we respond effectively, conduct investigations to the highest standards and find an appropriate resolution to their calls for service.
We are looking for inspirational individuals who share our ambition to deliver our Proud to Serve Pledge.
You will be able to lead, build successful relationships with partners and uphold our organisational standards. You will have a strong track record of delivery, have demonstrable experience across all aspects of policing and must embody and promote the force’s PROUD values.
With strong and visible leadership skills and a keen focus on performance, you will be innovative, resilient, authentic and self-aware in your journey to lead your team to success.
Working collaboratively with our partners, you will create a credible and professional environment which promotes diversity and enhances service delivery.
