Product & Business Development Manager

You will manage our media and digital training products. Managing orders; making contact with the market to promote the services This is a trainee role which will suit applicants who have a good understanding of the law enforcement and broader criminal justice sectors. You will need to be self starter who is driven to succeed. Good communication and research skills are required.

Location: London (Remote)
Salary: £27,000 (rising to £30,000 after probation) + OTE £34,000 (Year 1)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the product expert, managing backend systems and content.
• Deliver promotional activities, including webinars.
• Manage accounts, client feedback, and paid content.
• Develop sales leads and refine strategies to meet targets.
• Drive product innovation to meet market demands.
