RSR are looking for an experienced Analyst to work on a full-time contract in Holborn, London.

We are currently recruiting for experienced Improvement Process Analyst to work on a full-time, long-term contract in Holborn, central London.
This role will involve Hybrid working, but contractors will be expected to attend the office at least 3 days per week.
The role involves working directly with a UK-based Police Force, and as such applicants will need to be able to obtain national security clearance in order to take up the position.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting Process Analysis:
Analysing current business processes and workflows to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.
Developing Improvement Plans:
Creating and implementing process improvement plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
Collaborating with Teams:
Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of new processes and changes
Measuring Impact:
Monitoring the effects of process improvements and making adjustments as necessary to ensure sustained improvements
Documenting Processes:
Creating detailed process documentation and maintaining records for future reference
Identifying Relationships Between Systems:
Developing a holistic understanding of how changes in one system may impact other parts of the business.
Modelling Potential Outcomes:
Using theoretical modelling to predict the results of system changes before implementation
Facilitating Change Management:
Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement and managing the human side of change to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
These responsibilities ensure that the process improvement specialist can effectively identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and maintain the benefits of those improvements over time.
Essential Criteria
3-5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar role.
Familiarity with process mapping tools and software such as Visio or Lucidchart.
Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Project Management can be advantageous
Ability to handle politically sensitive environments
Experience with complex, convoluted processes
