Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Due Diligence Administration (Statements) for a market-leading due diligence and investigations company based in Twickenham.

Responsible for providing administrative support functions to enhance the operational needs of the Due Diligence team. This a rapidly growing part of FACT’s business, servicing high value clients with high volumes of work needing to be delivered to tight deadlines.

Location – Twickenham (office based)
Contract – 6 months (leading to permanent)
Salary – £13.74 per hour (£25,000 per annum)

Main duties and responsibilities

• Data entry of financial documentation. This includes reviewing bank statements, and inputting the relevant data onto Excel spreadsheet(s)
• Using basic excel functions to sort and analyse the data in Excel, providing comment on specific issues
• Help maintain the management of files, recording the payments received and outgoings
• Assist in other administrative duties within the Due Diligence team

Person Specification

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention-to-detail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• IT literate with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Office products.
• Highly organised.
