Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Data Processing Assistant for a market-leading due diligence and investigations company based in Twickenham.

Within the Due Diligence Unit, the client handles a large volume of applications that require review and entry onto a database. Documentation is submitted with the applications that require verification with third party partners. The Data Processing Assistant will be required to carry out this initial process showing excellent data entry skills, attention to detail, initiative, and ability to handle a high-volume workload under time constraints.  

Location – Twickenham (office based)
Contract – 6 months (leading to permanent)
Salary – £13.74 per hour (£25,000 per annum)

Main duties and responsibilities
 

• Mange the initial stage of an application to include data entry.
• To check and evaluate accompanying documentation to ascertain what information needs to be validated. 
• Ensure the application has been completed fully and signed. 
• Ensure all relevant document has been included with the application and is correct.
• Enter identified information on to a database.
• Identify the information that is required for third party partners. Send relevant documentation to partners.
• Liaise with appropriate partner agencies and regularly update Due Diligence Unit and the database.

Person Specification

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention-to-detail, with a methodical approach when dealing with various information sources.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• IT literate with a high level of confidence using Microsoft Office products.
• Highly organised.
