We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Crime Trainer team within our Learning and Development department. A background in detective work, experience in specialist investigative departments or as a senior investigating officer would be of advantage to the role.
The successful candidate will design, develop and deliver training courses and materials for Officers and Staff of Lincolnshire Police or external partners, with a primary focus on crime training.
The post holder will work closely with other members of the People Development team, Force colleagues, internal & external stakeholders, and external delivery teams.
You will be required to maintain occupational competence and comply with national legislation and codes of practice within the remit of crime training.
The standard shift pattern for the role is shown, however flexible working patterns will be considered on a full and part-time basis. Applications will be considered on an individual basis and all requests must meet the organisational need as well as individual need, which can be determined with the successful applicant.
Monday to Friday – Flexible between 0800 – 1600 daily to allow for Training delivery typically starting at 0900, with an earlier finish on a Friday to reflect the 37 hour week.
