Why have I not received my Password after Requesting a reset?
- This could either be due to the email being sent to your junk inbox or you have entered your email address incorrectly. Please ensure you check both before contacting us.
How to Change My Password?
- Log in to your Police Oracle account
- Navigate to “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Select ‘Change Password’ from the sidebar.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click ‘Update Password.’
How to Cancel My Subscription?
- Log in to your Police Oracle account.
- Access “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Click ‘My Subscription’ from the sidebar.
- Choose ‘Cancel Subscription.’
How to Update Payment Method?
- Log in to your Police Oracle account.
- Go to “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Select ‘My Subscription’ from the sidebar.
- Click ‘Update Payment Method.’
How do I make my Comments Anonymous?
- Log in to your Police Oracle account.
- Access “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Click ‘My Account’ from the sidebar.
- Tick the ‘Yes’ box where it says ‘Comment as Anonymous?’
Why does my email address show when I comment on the articles?
- This is because you have not created a nickname for your account, to amend this:
- Log in to your Police Oracle account.
- Access “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Click ‘My Account’ from the sidebar.
- Add your nickname to the ‘Comment Nickname’ box
Why can I only see 4 Articles?
Why am I not receiving Newsletters?
- You have not set up your account to receive articles
- Log in to your Police Oracle account.
- Access “My Account” by clicking the person icon next to your name.
- Click ‘My Newsletters’ from the sidebar.
- Tick the boxes under “I wish to receive information on the following”
Comments Policy:
- We welcome comments from readers but they are monitored, publication is not guaranteed and we will not include comments which are personally abusive against individuals. Please note we will not always publish comments that are repetitive, particularly with stories that attract many readers’ comments. We also want to encourage comments from a wide range of the readership.
